These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vivid Dreamer app ("Application"), created by Oleksandra Kryvoshyia ("we," "us," or "Service Provider") and offered as a Freemium service. By downloading or using the Application you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Application belong to the Service Provider. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into other languages, or create derivative works based on it.
We reserve the right to modify the Application or introduce charges for any of its services at any time. If we do charge for a service, we will clearly communicate the applicable fees to you before any payment is required.
The Application stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver the service. You are responsible for keeping your device and your access to the Application secure. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as doing so removes built-in security protections and may expose your device to malware, compromise its security features, or cause the Application to malfunction.
The Application integrates third-party services that operate under their own terms. Please review them:
Certain features of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). We are not responsible if the Application does not function fully due to a lack of connectivity or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider's standard terms and data rates apply. This includes potential roaming charges if you use the Application outside your home region without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have obtained the bill payer's permission.
While we strive to keep the Application updated and accurate, we rely in part on third-party information sources and cannot guarantee that all content will be error-free at all times. We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from your reliance on any functionality or content within the Application.
You are responsible for keeping your device charged and operational. We cannot be held liable if you are unable to access the Application because your device has run out of battery or is otherwise unavailable.
The Application uses AI technologies to power certain features. By using the Application you acknowledge that AI may be used to process data and deliver functionality. All AI usage is designed to enhance your experience and complies with applicable law.
We may release updates to the Application from time to time. The Application is currently available for specific operating systems and those requirements may change. You agree to install updates when offered. We do not guarantee that the Application will always be updated, relevant to you, or compatible with the OS version on your device.
We may discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination: (a) all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms end immediately, and (b) you must stop using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this page regularly. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
